Well heres my first airbrush dvd review... I thought i'd start on a good one!
Now it has to be said that airbrush dvd's aren't not the most riveting sources of late night entertainment... i suffer from insomnia and i generally would recommend an airbrush dvd to any fellow sufferers as an instant cure HOWEVER some of them are invaluable and if you're a fan of auto-air paints then this dvd is certainly worth it's weight in gold. This dvd will show you exactly how to use auto-air paints based on their series, inc special effects. It's easy to follow and Simon Murray of SM designs explains everything in a way that's very easy to follow. The menu is split by the different paint series so t's easy to navigate to the sections you need (although it would be more helpful if they did it by names ie. candy paints as well as the series numbers). I'f i had to have one airbrush dvd this would be it! It's a priceless string to your bow if you use auto-air paints. It's not only shows you how these paints can compete against urethanes but it shows you that these water based paints can be advantageous over their urethane counterparts.
What i get most annoyed about when watching airbrush dvd's is that you feel you're getting ripped off and that the dvd is just a crap piece of marketing that's trying to get you to buy overpriced stencils and left you £30 worse off. "Auto-air colors user guide" is not one of those dvd's... if you use auto-air paints, buy the dvd, it will save you money!
